Tax free shopping is easy explained.
1. In business
If you are entitled to Tax Free, you will receive the Tax Refund Check along with the invoice and the return envelope after purchase. The tax refund check must be completed in full in the shop and signed by us.
2. At the customs
When the customer leaves the EU and returns home, he shows his purchases, invoices and passport at customs. There, the customer gets the tax
Check Refund Check and confirm the export.
3. At the Refund Point
The customer presents the stamped Tax Refund Checks, Invoices and Passport at a nearby Refund Point. There he receives a refund on his credit card or on request in cash.
Of course, the foreign customer can also send the Tax Refund Check and the invoices by post to Global Blue. He then gets his refund on the credit card
or sent as a bank check.
