How to order in our Kieninger Uhrenshop?
Order
With us you can either:
- via the shop,
- by telephone,
- or in writing.
Invoice
After clarification of the delivery date, you will receive an invoice from us in writing with a 3% discount, which you either pay 100% Alternatively, you make a down payment of 50%, and the remaining 50% after delivery of the goods.
Ordering via the Online Shop
Of course you can also order via our online shop and pay with paypal, sofortüberweisung or other shop payment systems. The prepayment discount of 3% will be deducted in the shopping cart. As soon as we know a delivery date we will inform you.
Delivery
After completion of your watch, we will arrange a delivery date with you in advance by telephone.
During this telephone call, we will explain to you how to put your clock into operation.
Your clock will be shipped by a small, but fine forwarding agency that knows how to handle sensitive goods.
After delivery of the goods, we will explain to you again how to put your clock into operation (although an instruction manual is enclosed). We usually deliver complicated grandfather clocks to you personally.
Depending on the distance and effort involved, we will charge for this very fairly.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
